We are looking for a motivated and professional Healthcare Call Center Analyst to join a fast-paced clinical operations team in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will make outbound calls to health plan patients to close preventive care gaps — things like flu shots, mammograms, and other routine screenings — helping ensure patients are getting the care they need.

This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to members to schedule preventive care appointments including flu shots, pap smears, mammograms, and pharmacy and ER physician appointments
• Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer service on every interaction
• Manage multiple screens, systems, and chat channels simultaneously
• Monitor queues and analyze staffing needs to maintain service levels
• Meet daily productivity goals and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Work independently while staying aligned with the team
