Head of People Data Governance
VEG ER for Pets
VEG is expanding its People data governance function and is seeking a Manager to build the foundational data platforms that power smarter workforce decisions. You’ll define governance standards, ownership models, and reporting requirements across HR domains to enable scalable, trusted analytics. This role partners with HRBPs, IT, and Finance to drive adoption and ensure data privacy and compliance.
