Position Highlights :

Desirable Practice Setting: W2 or 1099 (flexible 36-46 wk commitment).
Ideal Work Environment: Full CRNA collaboration; CRNAs may practice independently in Illinois
Favorable Call Schedule: Limited Call, high reimbursement
Flexible Work Week: Weeks 1-3 ON, Week 4 OFF

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: MGMA-aligned base salary and your choice of W2 or 1099
Bonus Incentives: Sign-on and Relocation are available

Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board-certified
Experience: Experienced Anesthesiologists
