LPN - LPN

LPN This is a dedicated pediatrics home health position. The LPN will be at the same home the entire shift, with patients mostly on tracheas and ventilators at home. Travel to homes up to 1 hour from the facility is required. The position is for a 12-week duration starting on 07/13/2026 and ending on 10/05/2026. The shift details include night shifts, either 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts. The 12-hour shifts would be either 6pm-6am or 7pm-7am, and the 8-hour shifts would be either 11pm-7am or 10am-6am. Required experience includes 6 months in either home health or an acute care setting. Experience in Pediatrics and/or working with individuals with developmental delays is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required. Education: Graduation from an approved School of Licensed Practical Nursing program is required. Certification: Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required. Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
