LPN Responsibilities

Administer medications and document administration per facility guidelines

Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

Monitor resident health and report changes or concerns to appropriate staff

Support and supervise caregivers as needed

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams

Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting

Participate in training sessions and staff meetings

Uphold a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, families, and team members

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Ohio

Minimum 6 months of clinical or senior care experience preferred

Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in fast-paced environments

Experience with senior or memory care residents is a plus
