Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation program in El Paso. This position involves delivering thorough nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in both outpatient and step-down environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor telemetry.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on lifestyle changes and effective disease management.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.
• Promote a patient-centered and safety-oriented culture while enhancing your clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in cardiac care or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
