Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
Location: Worcester, MA
Rate: Up to $2550.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Contract: 13 weeks | Local & Travel Accepted
Requirements
- 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Will consider 1–2+ years of experience with travel experience
- Epic experience required
- Will float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Certifications
- AWHONN Intermediate or higher required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NRP required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum
- Manage labor and delivery patients, including high-risk deliveries
- Perform fetal monitoring and recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
- Administer medications and treatments including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
- Assist with vaginal and C-section deliveries and provide postpartum care
- Complete assessments and nursing documentation in Epic
- Maintain safe, quality patient care according to AWHONN standards
