Logistics Specialist

As a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, you will support customers and coordinate the movement of orders from processing through delivery. This role combines customer service, shipment tracking, and transportation scheduling to help keep customers informed and deliveries on schedule. You will communicate with customers and vendors, maintain accurate account information, and resolve order-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules.
• Coordinate routing and scheduling for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Monitor inbound airfreight shipments and check their status.
• Organize and maintain customer account details in the inventory system.
• Provide customer service support and respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Communicate with customers and vendors about orders, delivery schedules, and shipment updates.
• Track customer orders and troubleshoot issues that affect their progress or delivery.
• Manage driver schedules to support transportation and delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and vendors by phone and email.
• Organizational skills to maintain account details and coordinate orders, deliveries, and driver schedules.
• Ability to track order status and troubleshoot customer service and logistics issues.
