In concert with your leadership teams, devise recruiting roadmaps and strategies to present Huntington's story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens. Leverage your market intelligence and the relationships you build, both internally as well as externally, to create a pipeline of exceptional talent. Develop collaborative relationships with your peers, leveraged their expertise, and share your best practices. Build and maintain strong, collaborative business and peer relationships; leverage those relationships to drive results Develop strong candidate profiles by clarifying the required job skills and competencies of top performers Source and attract top talent for each position, effectively assessing a candidate's fit to the company, team, and position Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process. Challenge the status quo, continuously seeking opportunities to improve while embracing change Drive to achieve the best results; persevere and use metrics to analyze own performance Understand the external factors that impact the supply of top talent, as well as the broader world of business Are curious and tenacious, looking under every stone and overcoming every obstacle to find top talent. Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience of 10 years in full-cycle recruiting in place of a degree. Compensation Range: $57,000-$113,000 annually The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
