Step into a rewarding clinical setting supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple openings are available for both experienced SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year, with flexible options to work onsite, hybrid, or as a travel professional. Tax-free stipends for travelers and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 are available, making this an ideal role for those looking to expand their expertise in a vibrant, student-oriented environment.
You’ll work within one of Florida’s largest school districts, collaborating with fellow SLPs, educators, and support staff using your passion and expertise to make a lasting difference in the lives of children. W2 contracts with comprehensive benefits offer added peace of mind as you focus on what you do best.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible Florida SLP license
- SLP-CCC or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF supervision already provided)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering measurable progress in student communication skills
- Flexibility for onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to PreK–12 students
- Maintain thorough documentation and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide a holistic educational experience
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Adapt therapy approaches for changing student needs and delivery models
