Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner - SSM Health Urgent Care - St. Charles, MOSSM Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care team in St. Charles. This part-time role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment where youll make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.Position Highlights:Schedule: 2x12-hour shifts/week (variable), open M-F 8a-8pWeekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekendCall Requirement: 2 days every 4 weeks (as needed)Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + shift differentialSupport: Thrive AP program enrollment, strong teamwork, and excellent support staffMinimum Qualifications:Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program)Licensure: Current/unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain)Certification: Family Nurse PractitionerExperience: Minimum 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care or Primary Care in a fast-paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses/injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures)Join a mission-driven team committed to accessible, high-quality care.
