Leasing Coordinator
Roanoke, VA

Seeking a customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations at an 80 unit affordable housing community. This role is responsible for managing prospective residents from initial inquiry through move-in while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations.

The position is paying $21/hour with a schedule of 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Qualify applicants and prepare lease, renewal, and recertification documentation.
• Maintain waitlists, resident files, and accurate leasing records.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Coordinate outreach, marketing events, and resident retention initiatives.
• Track leasing activity, occupancy, and conversion metrics.
• Verify applicant income, assets, and household eligibility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Provide notary services as needed.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
