You'll assist with patient intake, rooming, vital signs, documentation, referrals, and provider support while helping ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care.Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for provider visitsPrepare charts and maintain accurate EMR documentationAssist providers during examinations and treatmentsSupport referral submissions and trackingMaintain monthly equipment logs and exam room readinessAssist with patient discharge and follow-up instructionsMaintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentialityAssist with scheduling and registration as neededSupport efficient clinic flow and positive patient experiencesMedical Assistant diploma or certificate requiredCurrent CPR/BLS certification requiredEMR experience required2+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferredStrong back-office clinical experienceExcellent patient care and communication skillsReliable attendance and punctualityCertified Medical Assistant (CMA)Community health, nonprofit, primary care, or FQHC experienceHospital, ER, or urgent care experienceSpanish-speaking a plusFast-paced community health clinic serving a diverse patient population.
