Inside Sales - Technical Sales Specialist | EAG Laboratories
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins EAG Laboratories is hiring a Technical Specialist to support inside sales for surface analysis services in the semiconductor materials characterization field. The role combines technical expertise in analytical methods with direct client engagement, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM administration and lead tracking to support sales pipeline
- Serve as technical liaison between clients and laboratory for surface analysis projects
- Translate client requirements into detailed proposals, statements of work, and project scopes
- Engage directly with semiconductor clients to understand analytical needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Materials characterization experience in semiconductor industry, particularly surface analysis techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with surface analysis methods such as SIMS or TOF-SIMS
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet firm deadlines
- U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR regulations (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
