We're looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate with strong computer skills, experience using shipping software, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), scheduling carrier pickups, and hands-on forklift experience. Never operated a turret truck? No problem! You just need to be willing to learn. Earn an additional $1.00/hour for 2nd shift, plus receive a pay increase upon hire-on! If you have the shipping, computer, and forklift skills we're looking for, don't waitapply today!\ \ Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \ - Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts\ - Sort, identify, label, and organize materials in designated racks, shelves, bins, and storage areas\ - Pull and assemble orders for internal and external customers and prepare items for shipment\ - Build boxes, place tubes into boxes, apply labels, and wrap pallets\ - Use SAP and other computer systems to maintain inventory and shipping records and print labels\ - Create and monitor deliveries and shipping schedules\ - Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and schedule carrier pickups\ - Coordinate shipping activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time\ - Operate a forklift to move and transport materials safely\ - Learn to operate a turret truck as needed\ - Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures\ - Perform additional duties as assigned\ \ Shipping and Receiving Requirements: \ - Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a similar logistics position\ - Strong computer skills and experience using shipping software or shipping management systems\ - Experience preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs)\ - Experience scheduling carrier pickups and coordinating shipments\ - Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records\ - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team\ - Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred\ - Forklift experience preferred\ - Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
