Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if unable to obtain ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be completed within 30 days of employment.
