Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if still on the path to ASHA certification.

State licensure granting the title of Speech Language Pathologist.

Preference for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of commencing employment.
