Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste and presentation. This position would float between the brew pub and our food truck. Your expertise in food handling and safety will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations. Job Duties: Must be self motivated and able to work independently Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Experience: Previous experience as a cook or in a food service role is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in menu planning or working within a dietary department is a plus. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
