Your Role as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator:

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator , you’ll play a pivotal part in project success by:

• Developing detailed and competitive estimates for large-scale commercial roofing projects
  
  
• Collaborating with team and clients to deliver winning bids
  
  
• Reviewing contract documents for accuracy, risk, and scope clarity
  
  
• ✍ Managing your client's submittals, change orders, and closeouts with excellence
  
  

What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Roofing Estimator:

5+ years of proven success as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator
Deep understanding of systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, and Metal
Ability to interpret specs, code requirements, and blueprints
Skilled in The Edge, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management, organization, and communication
