Veterinary Office Assistant

Seeking an energetic, patient, friendly and organized individual who is excellent in multi-tasking, time-management skills.

We are a two-doctor veterinarian practice in Hicksville, NY. We have been in business for over 30 years.

Job entails: scheduling of appointments, creating estimates, billing, answering multiple phone lines, filing, updating medical records, emailing, entering new client's data, processing online pharmacy requests.

Confidence & excellent computer skills required, as well as being a great team player.

Must be capable of multi-tasking and providing outstanding service.

Avimark software knowledge considered.

Some weekdays and early evening are necessary. Saturdays 8 am to 1pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay $18.00 - 23.00 per hour.
