Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Integration Engineer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time bout the Role: We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. Provide strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows. rchitect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows. Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications. Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms. pply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4+ years of CSM experience. Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years Certifications (Required/Preferred): Required: Should be CIS - CSM certified. Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
