Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in the Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) program, serving K–12 learners with needs related to Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. This full-time, contract position is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about making meaningful differences within a school setting.

As a vital member of the ABLE team, you will integrate behavioral services directly into classroom routines, fostering communication, social connections, sensory regulation, and academic growth. This contract runs for the 2026-2027 school year with a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, alongside dedicated professionals equally committed to student progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Experience working within a school environment or strong understanding of school-based service delivery
• Knowledge of evidence-based ABA strategies tailored to children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support team-based interventions
• Ability to provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities is highly desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver integrated behavioral interventions in the classroom
• Train staff and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies throughout the day
• Track student progress and adjust interventions to meet changing needs
• Facilitate opportunities that enhance communication, socialization, and independent functioning for each student
