Accountant / Bookkeeper / Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper / Controller to help manage and scale our financial operations as the company continues to expand. Position Overview This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft 365 accounting systems and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership with financial insights. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking Oversee financial reporting and internal controls Coordinate with external accountants and auditors Maintain financial data within Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft 365 ecosystem Assist leadership with financial analysis and strategic decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required) 3–7+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or controller roles Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, or Microsoft 365 financial systems Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing company Flexible work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr GUILD+FACET
