As a Client Experience Manager, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important role in ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Spa Saturday. You'll assist with client communication, appointment coordination, administrative support, and helping deliver a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $23.11 - $24.30, along with a supportive work environment that prioritizes professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
• Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues
• Collaborate with various teams to improve client service protocols
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the client experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist in creating customer support documentation and resources
• Monitor client interactions to ensure a high standard of service
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in basic software applications (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
