Customer Experience Friendly, upbeat customer service Ability to handle rushes while staying calm and positive Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally Leadership & Team Support Supervising and motivating a small team Training new employees on drinks, POS, and procedures Leading by example Boba/Drink Operations Preparing boba tea, milk teas, slushies, and specialty drinks Maintaining drink consistency and quality Managing topping prep (boba, jellies, popping pearls) Speed & Efficiency Multitasking during high-volume periods Keeping orders accurate and moving quickly Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality Cash Handling & POS Operating POS system and handling transactions Balancing drawers and basic end-of-day reporting Cleanliness & Organization Maintaining a clean, organized workspace Following food safety and sanitation standards Keeping prep areas stocked and ready Reliability & Responsibility Opening/closing the store independently Being punctual and dependable Taking ownership of the shift Company Description BobaLou is a new Boba tea, Panini and Gelato restaurant in Fort Worth TX.
