Senior/Lead Data Engineer – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) A fast‑growing and highly successful consumer financial services company located in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to join a highly collaborative team. Candidate Requirements: Must reside in Texas and be commutable to Plano. Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. 8+ years of data engineering experience, including leadership or team lead experience. Deep expertise in Python development and data modeling/warehousing. Strong SQL skills (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL). Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms – AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of predictive analytics and statistical modeling concepts. Demonstrated ability to build and scale data infrastructure.
