Accounts Receivable/Billing SpecialistAdmiral Security Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to process daily customer changes, contract maintenance, billing and billing adjustments.ResponsibilitiesProcess billing on bi-weekly and payroll monthly basisUpload invoices to various customer sitesAudit and approve payroll correctionsCreate new customer accounts and update existing customer informationResearch and process customer requests to include but not limited to invoice updates and revisionsProcess credit/debit memos and void/reissuesReceive and respond to customer emails in timely mannerSpecial projects as neededQualifications2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivables/Billing experienceMust be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment with strict deadlinesMust be goal and task oriented with excellent organizational skillsMust be able to work independentlyStrong computer skills including, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, strong use of keyboard and 10 key calculatorStrong oral and written communication with excellent customer service skills
