Strategic Staffing Director for Educator Pathways

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) seeks a Deputy Director of Strategic Staffing to lead statewide staffing initiatives and influence educator pathways across Texas. This role will coordinate with LEAs, EPP partners, and ESCs to design and implement innovative staffing approaches that prepare teachers for local talent pathways. You will oversee the statewide Texas Strategic Staffing technical assistance network, manage priority workstreams, and report to the Director of Strategic Staffing & #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Education Agency
