Laboratory Support Technician

UPMC is seeking a Laboratory Support Technician/Medical Lab Technician to join our mission-driven healthcare team. In this role, you will perform specimen collection, labeling, preparation, and processing to support accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining lab equipment, performing routine tests under supervision, following quality control and safety protocols, and accurately documenting results in the LIS. You’ll collaborate with technologists, nurses, and providers while building skills in a learning-focused, innovation-driven environment with opportunities for career growth.
