Employment Structure

• $17.29 - $18.08/Hour

Schedule

• Full-time
• Days: 6:45 AM -3:15 PM -works every other weekend (5-day work week)
• Evenings: 2:45 PM -11:15 PM-works every other weekend (5-day work week)

Responsibilities

As a Laboratory Technician, you will help prepare all blood components for delivery to our hospital and patient. You will perform a variety of tasks and processes based on laboratory needs. Every day you'll be having fun making a measurable difference in your community.

Requirements

• Assure product quality, volume, assay requirements, appearance, and time requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and computer entries for component production.
• Perform receipt of freshly drawn units and samples, and unpack, evaluate, and route samples for accessioning.
• Perform labeling of routine and special components and quarantine of unacceptable components.
• Maintain equipment and work areas, as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent Customer Service
