Conduct routine and advanced laboratory analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreall in accordance with established guidelines.

Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and engage in regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Participate in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.

Document all laboratory procedures carefully, assist in mentoring new employees or students, and maintain high-quality standards in the lab.

Uphold a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree from an allied health program plus preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.

Ensure ongoing certification is maintained throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
