A rapidly growing closed-door pharmacy in Robinson Township is seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing prescriptions, communicating with physicians and provider offices, resolving pharmacy-related issues, and supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions into the pharmacy system
• Communicate with provider offices and physicians through inbound and outbound calls, voicemail management, and follow-up requests
• Research and resolve prescription-related issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and other internal departments
• Maintain compliance with company policies, pharmacy regulations, and state and federal guidelines
• Perform pharmacy calculations and data validation to ensure prescription accuracy
• Support pharmacy operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of Pharmacy Technician experience
• PTCB or NHA Certification required prior to start date
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Solid understanding of basic pharmacy calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

• Prescription data entry
• Retail, specialty, mail-order, or closed-door pharmacy experience
• Insurance claims processing and prior authorization support
• High-volume pharmacy environments
