Description - Your Role

• Conduct standard and complex clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while following established processes.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document each procedure meticulously, provide training for new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• Attainment of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hire.
• Maintenance of current certification throughout employment.
