Educational Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification during your employment.
