Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members in the hub to create and maintain efficient workflow to meet schedules and quality requirements.Receive inbound calls from patients or prescribers and assist with information regarding prescription status.Contact healthcare provider offices by phone or fax to obtain missing patient and/or prescriber demographic information when necessary.To maximize utilization during periods when pharmacists are not validating Careform Pharmacy scripts, support activities such as reviewing inbound faxes for adverse events and entering cases for Entyvio, entering benefit information from the Careviso portal into BV Wizard for TG, following up with payers on prior authorization or appeals statuses for TG, Sun, or Ferring, and supporting Sun Pharma through the Maxor-Zeal transition.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation/Degree Requirements/CertificationsMust be at least 17 years old and have earned a high school diploma or GED.Must be registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of six months of recent pharmacy technician work experience required.Experience with call centers and customer service preferred.KnowledgeKnowledge of pharmacy operations and state and federal rules and regulations.Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams, along with basic computer skills.All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance with and in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, state and federal laws, and current company and client policies and procedures.SkillsAccuracy and attention to detail are required.Ability to navigate various technology systems and online resources.Ability to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.Ability to work in an on-site, closed-door office environment.CompetenciesAbility to demonstrate ConnectiveRx's six core values: Accountable, Collaborative, Compassionate, Cultivators of Talent, Customer Centric, and Innovative.Travel and Physical RequirementsUp to 5% travel.Work schedule is rotating to support an 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM pharmacy operation.Flexibility to support business needs, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Compliance RequirementsAdhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements.Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Posted Salary RangeUSD $36,600.00 - USD $52,700.00 /Yr.
