Pharmacy Technician

Valeo Resources has partnered with a national pharmacy management organization in Pittsburgh, PA. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Pharmacy Technicians to join the team in East Liberty, PA. In this role, you will be working with the LGBTQIA+ and HIV community to provide medications for those who cannot afford it.
Position : Pharmacy Technician

Location : East Liberty (Pittsburgh, PA 15206)

Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and fill prescriptions
• Customer service and checking out patients with medications
• Data entry and insurance verifications
• Ensuring that the person picking up the prescription is the person the prescription is intended for
• Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in a retail setting/healthcare setting
• Experience in a pharmacy is highly desired
• Spanish Speaking is preferred
