You will support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, candidate communication, and the day-to-day administrative work that keeps every requisition on track. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing many moving pieces at once. Prior recruiting exposure is a plus, but what matters most is a strong administrative foundation and a desire to grow into recruiting.What You Will DoSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones and calendarsServe as a candidate's first point of contact, sending timely, professional communication throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate, up to date candidate and requisition records in PaylocityPost job openings, track applicant flow, and keep requisition status currentComplete JCNs and Status Change Forms accurately and on timeConduct background checks and follow up on results as part of the pre-employment processPrepare offer letters and new hire paperwork alongside the recruiting teamSupport onboarding logistics so new hires start on the right footAssist with sourcing outreach and resume review as time and skill allowHandle general administrative tasks for the People Operations department as neededRequirementsWhat You BringRequired:2 to 5 years of prior administrative experience is required (office administration, executive support, scheduling, or a similar coordination role)Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at onceClear, professional written and verbal communicationComfort working in Microsoft Office, plus a willingness to learn new systemsA high level of discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee informationPreferred:Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience with an applicant tracking system such as PaylocityFamiliarity with the insurance, risk management, or workers' compensation industrySalary: $20-$25 per hourThe salary range listed is an estimate.
