With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job DescriptionResponsible for preparing mailing lists so they comply with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulationsResponsible for data entry into various systems and/or databasesResponsible for compiling, maintaining, and verifying data and distributing information through the use of reports and queries to support operationsWould perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and creation of foldersResponsible for training and supporting new and existing Team MembersQualificationsCandidate must be located in the Portland Oregon areaExperience working in USPS Electronic SystemsMust have good oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information, answer inquiries and/or refer callsRequires good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the jobMust be able to work weekends and holidaysHS diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the jobRequires good knowledge of general/standard administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and methods to successfully complete the duties of the jobMust have general knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs related to the print manufacturing process or administrative supportAdditional InformationThe pay range for this role is $22.72 - $28.40/hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.In addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
