C# Software Engineer II / .Net Full Stack Developer II 

Location: Quad Cities area Iowa 

Compensation: Up to $115K SALARY + PERKS

Schedule: Onsite daily for your FIRST year, with flexibility. future HYBRID options

This team is ADDING A DEVELOPER due to increased workload and is looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll work across front-end and back-end development in a Microsoft environment, drive real business operations.

What tech skills you will need:

•C# .NET Full Stack development experience

•Strong SQL skills are a must! Writing SQL stored procedures, queries, views

•1+ year(s) of Experience with Blazor preferred, Angular or React

•API experience & integrations

•Azure is a plus

•AI tools including Claude Business, Copilot, and a custom internal chatbot

•Owning full stack development projects from concept to delivery

•Building front-end and back-end solutions, Microsoft environment

•Handling bug fixes, enhancements, + new development

•Participating in Agile, daily standups, user stories, and Jira-based workflows

•Self-starter mentality, strong critical thinking & troubleshooting skills

Team snapshot

You’ll join a close-knit development team of about 4.5 developers, including a hands-on Project Manager and a seasoned Senior Developer. The group works in Agile, supports one another, Daily standups provide guidance, mentorship, and a path to leveling up technically.

The interview will focus on critical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and SQL depth.
