Sustainment Data Analyst

Job Overview Location: Tewksbury, MA (United States). Role Type: Onsite. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance. Responsibilities Manage highly agile teams (5‑10 employees) Develop long‑term roadmaps for technology development Support open‑source and FOSS integration with the D4 data pipeline Develop capabilities in alignment with modern programming languages Support and manage projects ranging from small to large‑scale investments Balance project budgets up to $750K+ in cost Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) Minimum eight years of prior engineering experience or equivalent Experience in Agile development product lead roles Preferred Qualifications Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools Ability to lead, along with peers, development of long‑range plans to capitalize on future opportunities Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports Exceptional judgment and decision‑making Initiative, quick learning of processes, and capability to independently manage tasks and drive them to completion Benefits Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage 401(k) match Flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules Employee assistance program Employee Scholar Program Parental leave, paid time off, and holidays Equal Employment Opportunity RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
