Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Mechanics. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of machinery.
