NICU RN - Night Shift
Location: Seattle, WA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:30.
Job Description: We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses to join a dynamic Float Pool. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum of NICU experience, a strong understanding of float requirements, and the ability to provide care to newborns and infants across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to NICU patients.
- Float between Peds and PICU as needed; assigned primarily to newborns and infants.
- Maintain appropriate patient ratios of 1:2.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active Washington State RN license.
- AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
- Experience in handling patient ratios of 1:2.
- References covering at least 1 year of employment in NICU within the last 3 years, including at least one supervisor reference.
- Preferred experience with EPIC Charting.
