QA Inspector

Quality Assurance Inspector (Electronics Assembly) - Camarillo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an established electronics manufacturing company in the Camarillo area to identify a Quality Assurance Inspector for a full-time opportunity.

Location: Camarillo, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime and occasional weekends required)

Pay Rate: $20-$26/hour DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect electronic assemblies, PCBAs, components, and mechanical assemblies for quality and compliance
• Review drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and datasheets
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Generate non-conformance reports and assist with containment activities
• Collect and track quality, yield, and defect data
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns
• Ensure proper handling and protection of products throughout the manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Electronics Quality Inspection
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards preferred
• Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, pin gauges, and shims
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify component markings, polarity, and color codes
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to regulatory requirements
