The Field Training Strategy & Analytics Coordinator, reporting to the Technical Training Delivery Manager, serves as the primary resource for training analytics, reporting, and business intelligence within the Technical Training organization. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, improve program effectiveness, and enhance business performance. Through the development of reporting tools, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics, this role helps inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across training initiatives.As a key member of the Technical Training team, this individual will partner with stakeholders across Training Delivery, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Information Technology to improve reporting, optimize program performance, and support strategic decision-making. This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200. Strategic Planning & Business SupportProvide data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding training strategy, resource allocation, and business performance.Develop forecasting models for training demand, instructor capacity, and resource utilization.Support annual business planning through analysis of training trends, costs, and performance metrics.Benchmark training performance across regions and identify best practices.Develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate the business impact and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.
