3rd Shift Quality Supervisor Details:

Temporary position
$27.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am )

Essential duties include: Supervise Quality staff, including training, scheduling, performance reviews, attendance, discipline, and problem-solving. Develop and maintain product, ingredient, and component specifications and quality standards. Establish quality objectives and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments. Direct inspection/testing activities to ensure quality of materials, facilities, and products. Investigate customer quality and food safety complaints and prepare reports. Maintain the Quality Manual, training records, preventive controls, and SQF Plan. Oversee sampling, retention, testing, and sample submissions. Troubleshoot production issues and minimize food safety hazards and specification deviations. Prepare deviation/OOS reports and manage material release. Issue BPP/SOP instructions with Senior Quality Manager guidance. Conduct accident investigations and prepare incident reports. Oversee plant sanitation. Perform other duties as assigned.

3rd Shift Quality Supervisor Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Science; Food Science or Biology preferred. 3–5 years’ Quality Systems experience required. GMP, CFR 117, and GFSI audit experience preferred. ERP knowledge (NetSuite, Oracle, JDE, SAP) preferred. Organic, kosher, and gluten-free regulations knowledge preferred. Skills/Certifications: Strong written/verbal communication. Excel and Word proficiency required. Follow SOPs, plant safety, and OSHA requirements. English proficiency required. Teamwork skills required. Overtime/weekends may be required.
