Outreach Specialist - PRN Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Fort Worth; must have reliable transportation, travel required across North Texas Work hours: PRN (as needed) - 20 hours per week, offering additional hours as available. Weekend availability and weekday afternoon/evening availability is required (with some weekday mornings as well). Schedule will be provided two weeks in advance, and employee is expected to attend required events/job assignments at the designated times. This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract. Develop and effectively manage program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables. Monitor program activities and reporting to ensure accuracy in outcome measures. Here's What You Need Education H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required. Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a commuity college or other education institution Preferred. Experience 6 Months Customer service experience either face-to-face or by phone Required. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. Ability to problem solve. Time management skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as with others. Strong organizational & prioritization skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others. Ability to complete required reports.
