Join us, and let’s raise a cup to good times!  What we offer…  Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more! Ability to earn pay increases and advancement opportunities A supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safetyWeekly payApproved job-related training and tuition reimbursement   Paid holidays and paid time off    What you'll do...In this dynamic role, you’ll apply sound maintenance planning and scheduling practices to ensure labor, parts, and materials are used efficiently—boosting equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Meeting and supporting KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and serviceEnsuring compliance with GMP and all safety/quality regulationsPrioritizing maintenance work orders using risk and cost considerationsManaging the maintenance backlog and building both short- and long-range schedulesPreparing Bills of Materials, purchasing materials, coordinating fabrication, and sourcing specialty toolsEnsuring accurate, complete work orders, including off-shift communicationCollaborating daily with production and maintenance leaders to align prioritiesBuilding and maintaining asset data within the CMMS (SAP)Publishing maintenance KPIs and guiding optimal parts inventoryCreating detailed, technician-ready job packages (SOPs, JSAs, instructions, PM kits)Continuously improving job plans based on feedbackTracking warranties, repaired parts, and maintenance costsPartnering cross-functionally to identify and drive continuous improvementCommunicating PM schedules to techniciansWhat you'll need...5+ years of Preventive Maintenance, diagnostics, and repair experience (trade school/training accepted)Experience optimizing Preventive Maintenance (PM) programsStrong understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Skilled in identifying and evaluating solutions to improve reliabilityAbility to prioritize effectively with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsHands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance technologiesProficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pump systemsAbility to read complex blueprints, manuals, and schematicsStrong math and computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to follow, assess, and improve operational proceduresBonus Points For:Prior maintenance planning & scheduling experienceBackground in thermoforming or packaging manufacturingOverview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
