This long-term contract position is pivotal in guiding day-to-day accounting operations, strengthening financial oversight, and ensuring stability in a high-visibility finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the monthly close process, overseeing deferred revenue accounting, and providing practical leadership to the accounting team. Additionally, the CFO will partner with finance and operational stakeholders to enhance accounting workflows, support financial system-related work, and advise on short-term financial management priorities to ensure business continuity. Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have at least 5 years' of experience in senior finance or accounting leadership, with a strong background in month-end close management and expertise in deferred revenue accounting. Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct in an accounting setting is essential, as is a solid knowledge of cash flow analysis and capital management principles. The role requires the ability to lead accounting teams effectively, a hands-on leadership capacity, and a focus on accuracy and execution.
