GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a private equity-backed heavy equipment dealership in the Baltimore area (~$125M revenue) that is scaling aggressively toward $200M–$250M through both organic growth and acquisitions. They’re building out their executive team and are looking for a hands‑on, strategic CFO to help lead the next phase of growth. What you'll own Finance, HR, and IT leadership Strategic planning and decision support for ownership Banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structure M&A execution and integration Building scalable processes and infrastructure What they're looking for Experience in floor plan lending / asset‑based financing Strong relationships with lenders and capital providers M&A experience within a PE-backed environment A leader who can operate both strategically and in the weeds This is a high‑impact role for someone who wants a true seat at the table and the ability to help scale a platform.
