What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize residential homes to the highest standards
- Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, and detail work
- Follow proven checklists to ensure consistent results
- Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
- Communicate with team and leadership to improve workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Detail oriented, reliable, and professional
- Prior residential or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical work (on your feet several hours)
- Growth mindset—ready to learn and improve
