Residential Cleaning Technician – $18/hr Start | $20/hr in 90 Days | Paid Training

$19/hr after 31–90 days

What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize residential homes to the highest standards
Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, and detail work
Follow proven checklists to ensure consistent results
Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
Communicate with team and leadership to improve workflows
What We’re Looking For
Detail oriented, reliable, and professional
Prior residential or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Comfortable with physical work (on your feet several hours)
Growth mindset—ready to learn and improve
